Jamie Wilson is a 6th generation Miami Countian. He attended Osawatomie High School and Kansas State University. He lived outside of the county for 15 years while attending school, working, and a stint in the military. He is presently employed as the Franklin County Kansas Appraiser. His wife, Kimi, is a Teaching the Visually Impaired instructor with the Olathe School District. They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
He is one of the original members of the John Brown Foundation when it was formed in
2007.

Derek is a 2002 graduate of Osawatomie High School and a 2005 graduate of Emporia State University with a Bachelors of Science in History. Derek has volunteered with the Osawatomie Pride Committee and currently serves on the city council as well as being a member of the John Brown Foundation. He is married to Nicole Henness who also serves Osawatomie on the Art Commission.
